Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Aicha Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, USA (“Aicha Ventures”, “we”, “us”), for using Postbutter (“Postbutter” or the “service”), our tools for Instagram creators. Postbutter is a product of Aicha Ventures. By creating an account or using Postbutter you accept them. If you use Postbutter for a business, you accept them for that business and confirm you may do so.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
  • To connect Instagram you need a Creator or Business account that you own or are authorised to manage. You can disconnect it at any time.

2. What Postbutter does

Postbutter reads your Reels and their insights, helps you schedule Reels, replies to comments and direct messages through automations you set up, keeps an inbox and a list of the people who interact with you, and, if you turn it on, suggests or sends AI replies. Features depend on your plan.

Postbutter works through Instagram’s official platform. Instagram decides what data and actions are available to apps and can change this at any time. When that happens some features may change or stop working; we will tell you in the app and will not charge you for a feature we can no longer provide.

3. Using Postbutter responsibly

You are responsible for your automations, the messages they send and the content you publish. You must follow Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Platform Terms, and our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, Postbutter only messages people who contacted you first (for example by commenting on your Reel or sending you a DM), within the time Instagram allows. Don’t try to get around these limits.

When your automations collect personal data from your audience (for example an email address in a DM), you are the one collecting it. Tell people what you do with it and follow the privacy laws that apply to you. Our Data Processing Addendum covers how we handle that data for you.

4. AI replies

  • AI replies are optional. In “Suggest drafts” mode you review every reply before it is sent. In “Reply automatically” mode, replies are sent on your behalf without review.
  • Replies are written only from what you put in Settings and the recent messages of the conversation. AI can still make mistakes. You are responsible for replies sent from your account, so keep what it knows accurate and check the inbox.
  • By default, automatic replies are labelled as automatic so the people you talk to know. Some laws require this; if you turn the label off, you are responsible for telling people another way.
  • We don’t use your messages or settings to train AI models, and our AI providers are not allowed to either.

5. Trial, plans and billing

  • Trial. Your first subscription starts with a free 7-day trial of the plan you choose. A card is required; it is charged the plan’s price when the trial ends unless you cancel before. During the trial up to 1,000 DMs can be sent. One trial per customer; we may refuse a repeat trial.
  • Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues automatically and we charge the plan’s price (currently Pro $19, Creator $29, Premium $39 per month, plus tax where it applies) at the end of the trial, then at the start of every billing period until you cancel. The exact amount and date are shown before you pay.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan and billing, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then the subscription ends. See Refunds and cancellation.
  • Allowances. Each plan includes a monthly number of automated DMs, comment replies and AI replies. At the allowance, automations pause unless you turn on overage. With overage on, extra DMs are billed at the rate shown in Plan and billing before you turn it on.
  • Changes. Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period and you can cancel before then.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider. If a payment fails we will retry and tell you; access may be paused if it stays unpaid.
  • Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You pay the taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Your content and data

You keep all rights to your content and data. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide and improve Postbutter for you, for example to show your analytics, send your automations and publish what you schedule. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.

The Postbutter software, design and brand belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them, or use Postbutter to build a competing product.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Postbutter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if Instagram requires it, or to protect people or the service. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. When an account ends we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Postbutter reliable, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any number of views, followers or sales. Analytics come from Instagram and may be delayed, estimated or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, followers or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Postbutter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

If you use Postbutter for a business, you will cover our reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your content, your messages or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance; if you keep using Postbutter after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims there.
